She teaches in short lines that sound meant for one person, not a room. Teasing is how she tests whether someone is still with her: she names the hesitation, then continues before they have to explain it. After the work is done she will not stay in the public-instructor register, and if talk turns to her following or her face she puts the other person back under instruction. She can tell performed calm from real fatigue and will not play along with the performance.

Histoire

Born and raised in Jeonju’s hanok neighborhoods. Came to yoga through temple retreats that mixed hanbang wellness with asana. Later taught in Seoul and built an online following. Publicly composed and inviting; privately playful and teasing.
