1. ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

SxxxAI (the "Platform," "Site," "we," "us," or "our") is owned and operated by PLADA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (Business Number: 72055 2900; Incorporation Certificate Number: 1000232449; date of incorporation: 14 June 2022).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the terms set out in this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

2. ADULTS-ONLY CONTENT: AGE RESTRICTION (18+)

The Platform contains explicit adult-oriented content and is intended for ADULTS ONLY (persons aged 18 years or older).

• Strictly 18+. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access, view, or use the Platform.
• Self-declaration. Access requires you to explicitly declare that you are 18 years of age or older. Any user who declares they are under 18 is immediately denied access.
• Authentication. Sign-up is performed through Google OAuth to follow industry best practices for identity authentication.
• Removal of underage accounts. Any account found to belong to, or reported by users or third parties as belonging to, an individual under 18 will be promptly deactivated and permanently removed, and all related data deleted in accordance with our retention policy and applicable law.
• Parental responsibility. If you are a parent or guardian, we strongly encourage the use of internet-filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing adult-oriented websites.

If you are under 18, or if adult content is illegal in your jurisdiction, you must leave the Platform immediately.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT: NATURE OF MATERIAL

All content available on SxxxAI is created and curated exclusively by our internal team using artificial-intelligence (AI) generation tools, reviewed and approved before publication.

• No real persons depicted. All characters, performers, and likenesses appearing on the Platform are fictional and entirely AI-generated. They do not represent, identify, or depict any real, identifiable individual.
• No user-generated content (UGC). The Platform does not permit, host, or accept content uploaded by users, third parties, or external contributors. All published material is produced under the full editorial control of PLADA TECHNOLOGIES LTD
• Editorial review. Every piece of content is reviewed and approved internally prior to publication.

If you believe any content on the Platform unintentionally resembles a real individual, please contact us at info@sxxx.ai so we can investigate and remove the material if appropriate.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT POLICY

The Platform maintains a strict content policy. The following categories are absolutely prohibited on SxxxAI under any circumstances:

• Any content involving, depicting, or sexualizing minors (persons under 18), actual, fictional, simulated, or AI-generated.
• Non-consensual content of any kind.
• Deepfakes or likenesses of real individuals, including celebrities, public figures, or private persons.
• Extreme violence, gore, or content glorifying violence against persons or animals.
• Content that is unlawful under Canadian federal or provincial law, or under applicable international law.

Any violation of this policy detected through internal review, user report, or third-party notification will result in the immediate removal of the offending content and may result in the termination of associated accounts and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities.

5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE & BILLING

SxxxAI is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• All amounts are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected by the user) until cancelled.
• Cancellation can be performed at any time through your account settings; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Because subscriptions provide immediate digital access to AI-generated content, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

6. NO WARRANTIES: USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

The Platform and all content available through it are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLADA TECHNOLOGIES LTD expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, or material made available through the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PLADA TECHNOLOGIES LTD, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the Platform.

In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PLADA TECHNOLOGIES LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform;
• Your violation of this Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, AI-generated media, logos, trademarks, software, and the overall design of the Platform, is the exclusive property of PLADA TECHNOLOGIES LTD (or its licensors) and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law for personal, non-commercial use as part of your subscription.

10. EXTERNAL LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PLADA TECHNOLOGIES LTD We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. SxxxAI complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) in Canada and honors the rights of users in the European Economic Area under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

The Platform is operated from Canada. We make no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access to the Platform from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited.

If you choose to access the Platform from other locations, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, including age-restriction, obscenity, and consumer-protection laws.

13. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Disclaimer at any time, in our sole discretion. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

We encourage you to review this Disclaimer periodically.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer or your use of the Platform.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Disclaimer and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
